Several of them including a mating pair were seen on the Rangoon Creeper (Quisqualis indica) in May 2017. This climber might be its host plant.

In the 2 pictures below, one was a healthy growing tip of the creeper while the other one showed a damaged growing tip with a red weevil on it. The damaged might be the work of this beetle.
